The Guild meets in the West Kirk main hall fortnightly on Monday evenings from October to April.

The normal meeting time is 7.30pm.

The Church of Scotland Guild is a movement within the Church of Scotland which invites and encourages both women and men to commit their lives to Jesus Christ and enables them to express their faith in worship, prayer and action.

The theme this session is "Be Bold, Be Strong

Please come when you are able and as often as you can. The Guild will welcome you in fellowship and love.

Recognition of Long Service in the Guild

We had two lovely ceremonies when Guild members were presented with long service certificates in recognition of outstanding service and contribution to the West Kirk Guild. We as a church thank God, both for their membership of the Guild and of the Young Women’s Group which they attended in earlier years.

Yvonne Neville Remembers War-Time Evacuation in Guernsey

Last night the Guild members listened to a very moving recollection of the experience of being an child evacuee in Guernsey during the Second World War. Yvonne Neville spoke of the hardship and trauma of those days when thousands of the island's population were evacuated.
